Dr. Winnie Chan Wang, L.Ac. guides Light Shower through calligraphy light, voice, breath, movement, and stillness. She holds a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine.
Dr. Jay Dubois, PhD is a Heart Center LA co-founder and relational facilitator whose doctorate is in Anthropology.
Their credentials describe their training. They do not turn Light Shower into therapy or medical treatment.

What is Light Shower?
Light Shower is live remotely throughout the weekday schedule. Tuesday and Thursday are hybrid at 6:30 PM, with physical seats sold separately for $35. Wellness Wednesday is remote at 7 AM.
Which days are Yang and which are Yin?
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are remote mornings at 7AM PT. Tuesday and Thursday are hybrid Yin evenings at 6:30PM PT.
Is the first visit really free?
Yes. Your first visit is free and always online, Monday through Friday.
Do I need experience or a particular belief?
No. The guide explains the practice live. Camera off is fine, no belief is required, and observing first is welcome.
What paid access options are available?
Three-Class Access is $99 for three confirmed remote bookings. Attending live or missing as a no-show uses one reserved credit; a cancellation returns it. Unlimited Month is $199 for 30 days of live remote classes plus one free 15-minute session. Every confirmed paid booking under either plan includes the matching replay for 72 hours after scheduled class end. Only verified live attendance counts toward the $199 satisfaction threshold.
