An evening room that turns inward

Tuesday moves at a quieter pace. Guided touch, stillness, Tao creation and reverse-creation practice, and internal listening shape the hour.

It happens live, with a guide and a room practicing at the same time. No belief or previous experience is required.

Settle

Join from a bed, mat, or another supported place at 6:30PM PT.

Listen

Follow the guided inward practice at the pace offered by the facilitator.

Continue

Close with reflection and choose a practice to carry into sleep.

Who holds the room

Guided live by Winnie and Jay

Winnie Chan Wang, L.Ac., practices Oriental Medicine. Jay Dubois holds a PhD in archaeology and works in human relations. Together they facilitate the Light Shower rhythm live.

Light Shower is a spiritual and educational practice. It is not therapy or medical treatment and does not replace care from a licensed medical or mental-health professional.
