What should I expect from the 7AM Class?

What we chant is what we become. Through chanting, we connect to the field. This activates healing at all levels of the soul, heart, mind, energy and body.

Ten Tao Calligraphies form the Light Wall, each one holding unique messages of transformation. Together, they create a space for realignment and renewal.

Whether you’re seeking emotional release, better health, or deeper purpose, this isn’t just support. It’s transformation.

In the 7am class, we do a sacred breathing called the Xi Qing Hu Zhuo. Inhale light for 5 counts, exhale the pain or darkness that is weighing heavily on you.

How do I attend each session?

The Tao Calligraphy Light Wall is a high-frequency healing field made of sacred Tao Calligraphies. It radiates love, light and the pure energy of Source. To fully understand, we highly recommend watching this 40 minute explanation before your very first class. We ask each participant to prepare by watching this video, so that we can save time and dive deeper into the becoming of you.
