Tao Calligraphy Light Wall

Trace light into the pattern you are ready to change

The Light Wall gives your attention a steady visual focus. In class, students trace Tao Calligraphy, breathe, listen inward, and notice where the body is ready to soften, reset, or choose differently.

See

The wall gives stress, emotion, or fatigue a place to become visible without needing to explain everything first.

Trace

Guided Tao Calligraphy tracing pairs movement, breath, and attention so the body can respond at its own pace.

Release

The practice closes with a simple next step, helping the shift leave the room with you.

Five Days Longevity Program

Health, relationships, and career through a weekly Light Wall rhythm

Students come when they are working with body discomfort, relationship conflict, career challenge, overwhelm, or a desire to live in better flow. Morning Yang classes bring more activation; evening Yin classes create a quieter landing.

Monday - 7 AM

Manifesting Mondays

Start the week with goals and relationship-focused mantras, including “Greatest love attracts like minded people” and “Greatest Light sees the root causes of problems.”

Tuesday - 6 PM

Transcendent Tuesdays

A deeply Yin practice for presence, touch, internal listening, and the practice of awareness, release, and continuing.

Wednesday - 7 AM

Wellness Wednesdays

Ten Healing Sounds with Qi Gong movement and body tapping for a more active Yang reset.

Thursday - 6 PM

Throwback Thursday

Tao Light Massage, lying-down meditation, Tao creation and reverse creation, and Jin Dan Da Dao practices.

Friday - 7 AM

Five Elements Friday

Five Elements practice focused on organ systems, including liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney, and related meridians. Qi Gong and body movement are optional.

Weekly access

Single class, pass, or monthly

Like a yoga studio, you can join a single class, buy a multi-class pass, or choose a monthly unlimited membership when available.

Yang and Yin rhythm

Choose the energy your system needs

The week alternates between more active morning practice and quieter evening repair, so students can choose by schedule or by nervous system state.

Yang days - 7 AM

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

More active practices with chanting, Qi Gong, body tapping, movement, and Five Elements work. Choose Yang days when you want activation, direction, and momentum.

Yin days - 6 PM
